How much does Brimly cost?

€29 a month per studio, all included: bookings, waitlist, memberships and class packs, online payments, CRM, campaigns, member app and AI Copilot. We take no commission on your sales.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 31 days free. We ask for a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged during the trial and you can cancel in two clicks before the first payment.

Does Brimly charge a fee per booking?

No. Your members' payments go straight into your Stripe account. Only Stripe's standard fees apply, which you pay to Stripe as with any card payment.

Does the price depend on the number of members or instructors?

No. Members, instructors, classes and bookings are unlimited. The price stays at €29/month.

I have several studios. How does that work?

Each studio has its own space (timetable, prices, booking page and Stripe account) for €29/month. If you run a network of studios, get in touch and we'll talk it through.

Can I cancel whenever I like?

Yes. No lock-in and no cancellation fee.
