Yes. Create a “Reformer” class type with a capacity of 5 (or however many machines you have). Bookings respect the capacity and, once the class is full, the waitlist takes over.
Yes. A price can be restricted to one or more class types: for example, a pack that's only valid for reformer and a cheaper one for mat.
Each session has its own instructor and you can change it. An instructor who can't teach a class flags it in their space and you assign cover. If you cancel a session, everyone booked gets an automatic notification.
