Automatic entry

As soon as a spot frees up, the first person on the list is booked in, their credit is deducted and they get a notification.

The list follows the order people joined: no favouritism and no messages to referee.

Before giving away the spot, Brimly checks that the member's pass covers that class; if not, it moves on to the next person.

Whoever gets the spot receives an email, plus a notification on their phone if they use the app.

A cancellation at 11pm or on a Sunday morning? The spot is reassigned instantly, without you.

What happens if the next person on the list has no credits left?

They aren't booked in: Brimly moves on to the next person on the list who can book that class.

Can I find out which classes need an extra time slot?

Yes. Copilot spots the classes whose waitlist fills up week after week and suggests opening another slot.

Does the waitlist work for paid workshops?

Workshops sold individually have their own number of spots; the waitlist is for classes booked with a pass.
